Brief Job Summary:  Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.


Essential Job Functions: 

  1. Process incoming invoices for vendors and purchase order expenses (e.g. stamp A/P stamp, insert general ledger account number, input into computer system, obtain proper approval, match purchase orders and/or shipping documentation to invoices).
  2. Process employee expense reports (e.g. check for proper receipts, obtain proper approval, verify math and input into computer system).
  3. Print expense checks and initiate ACH's as required..
  4. Mail check and file check copies with appropriate invoices
  5. Print month end accounts payable and purchase order aging reports and reconcile to the general ledger accounts.
  6. Respond to questions from vendors and Troverco personnel regarding expenses paid.
  7. Print and process quarterly customer rebate checks.
